The Premium Overhaul Service includes
  • General inspection of bike (ensure everything is tight [torqued] , aligned and in good working condition ) 

  • Gear Shifting check and setting 

  • Brakes check and setting for brake callipers and pads 
 * Rear derailleur hanger check and alignment 

  • Check tyre pressure and inflate to correct tyre pressure

  • Drive train , cassette , chain , crank diesel wash-> cleanup & de grease -> lubrication.

  • Wheel Alignment / Truing 

  • PLUS 

  • Complete dismantle of the bike , inspection, cleaning and assembly of all parts including greasing of bearings .

  • Headset Overhaul (this includes cleanup and greasing of headset bearings)

  • Bottom bracket overhaul (this includes cleanup and greasing of bottom bracket bearings )

  • Hub overhaul (this includes cleanup and greasing of hub bearings )

  • Premium bike wash ( thorough rinse , clean and polish of bike)
